Meet Our Trainers
I trained for over 10 years in boxing and martial arts, competing and winning a number of title fights. This taught me discipline, how to develop a strong mindset, and the important ways in which a healthy lifestyle can improve your quality of life. My own training includes a mixture of strength, cardio, and technique development. Specialized in boxing-style workouts (padwork, circuit / crossfit-style training to target the whole body). My own experience in cutting weight for fights has taught me how to reduce body fat and tone up in the healthiest way, and how to maintain this in the long run. I can give nutrition advice for vegans, vegetarians and people with a standard Western diet.
I can teach you how to use your imagination to help you through those tough workouts. ‘Using your imagination creates new pathways in the brain, and changes your relationship with exercise into a positive one. Practicing a positive relationship with exercise on a regular basis, helps you to practice positivity in all of your relationships; family, friends, money, work etc which ultimately means more happiness for yourself and your loved ones.
